Shipping & Delivery

• We do local deliveries to Rooiels, Pringle Bay, Betty’s Bay & Kleinmond for only R30. These deliveries will be done on Thursdays or Fridays.
• We charge a flat rate of R120 for door-to-door courier delivery nationwide in South Africa. If you live in a remote area and have had difficulties with deliveries, please contact us beforehand to discuss options.
• We do not deliver internationally yet.
• At checkout, there will be an option for you to collect your order at our shop, which is free of charge. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
• As soon as The Courier Guy collects your order, we will send you a tracking number so you can contact them directly and track your parcel.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location in South Africa, typically ranging from 3 to 7 working days.

Returns Policy

Please contact us within 7 days if you would like to return an order. The courier cost will be the responsibility of the client. No returns will be accepted for sale items, earrings, or edible products. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in pristine condition. After inspecting the returned product(s), we will process the refund.
