1. When will I get my sterling silver jewellery order?

Please take note of the lead time on our sterling silver jewellery: it’s 10 to 14 working days. Then add 3 to 7 working days for the delivery. It all depends on where you are in our beautiful country.

2. When will my order be ready to ship?

All the products, except the sterling silver jewellery, will be ready to be shipped in 1 to 2 working days.

3. How long will delivery take?

Usually 3 to 7 working days. It all depends on where you live in our beautiful country.

If it’s a local delivery in Rooiels, Pringle Bay, Betty’s Bay or Kleinmond, these deliveries will be done every thursday or friday.

When it’s peak season, please keep in mind it can take longer.

4. How much does delivery cost?

For our local towns, Rooiels, Pringle Bay, Betty’s Bay, Kleinmond, the delivery will be R30. These local deliveries will be done weekly either on thursdays or fridays.

For the rest of the country we have a standard flat rate of R120. But please, if you know you live in the middle of nowhere & somewhere, contact us first before placing the order & let’s see what we can do for you.

5. Can I collect directly from your shop after I place my online order?

Yes, after you have placed & paid for your order online, you will get a confirmation email when your order will be ready for collection for free at the shop.

6. Do you offer overnight or express deliveries?

For now, we don’t, sorry. We want to find our feet first & get confident in this new online business.

7. Can I return an order?

Please contact us within 7 days if you would like to return an order. Email us at info@pringlegifts.co.za if you would like to return an order. The courier cost will be the responsibility of the client. No returns will be accepted for sale items, earrings, or edible products. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in pristine condition. After inspecting the returned product(s), we will process the refund.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We have secure payment methods; Payfast, Instant EFT (not what others we can offer) We also offer Manual EFT.

9. How does Manual EFT work?

As soon as you place your order & tick “Manual EFT”, you will get a confirmation email with our banking details. We will keep your order for 24hrs. As soon as we receive your proof of payment we will get your order ready, but it will only be released when the payment reflects in our bank account.

10. Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes we can! It will cost an extra R50. Just tick the box at the order menu “Please Gift Wrap”. We can also add a little handwritten note from you, if you want.

11. What if the product I'm looking for is out of stock? Or I need more than what the stock levels show?

12. My order got delivered damaged. What do I do now?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email with images of the damages to info@pringlegifts.co.za. Let’s see what we can do for you.

13. Will all the products that's online also be available in our physical shop in Pass rd, Pringle Bay?

In short, no. To avoid disappointment, purchase the product online & opt for Free Local pickup at the shop, then you can just collect from the shop & browse the rest of our stock.
